Pink Panther

Hahaha so It's been a terrible week: running on little sleep, little money, crap painting mark and a lack of approved concept for the next project and a pretty nasty day in life drawing and storyboarding : (

BUT there were some ups! One of them includes this, first decent animation. It's a rush job ( strange considering how far ahead on this I was at some point ) and the head and front arm took most of the damage from that, but aside I don't mind at all how this came out. I might fix the problems and upload a finished by 'Aaron standards' version.

Layout project

Omg finished the bone/ anatomy test that the first years all go through, it was... easier than I thought it'd be, though I shouldn't say that till I get it back.....

Also, this is the bg I made for a layout project that's due sometime next week, not the greatest digital paint job but does the trick. There are actually characters that are on separate layers but I sortof skimped on them soooo I'd rather not post that version. 'Meh' to that though, other projects to do.

Texture Assignment last part

Last painting for the textures assignment, yay! I guess I could've put more effort into the whole thing, but overall I don't think they're terrible at least. Anywho, this one is of an apple, but for some reason it scanned poorly, and this pic is much darker than the actual version. For the time being I'm too lazy/tired to re-scan so this will have to do...

Goodbye Maya

My dog was put down yesterday so I'll say a few words for her...
She had been with my family for 10 years as of last week and was a really sweet dog,  I really value having had her around for my teenage years. Though I undoubtedly took her presence for granted she definitely made an impact on my life in the best of ways and I won't ever forget her. When we first picked Maya out from her litter, it was because unlike her siblings, she was eager to explore and make out all of her surroundings, a quality that defined alot of her personality and that she never lost in old age.

Maya is a petit basset griffon vendeen, for anyone interested in knowing her breed, she was extremely ill with serious pulmonary problems, and was suffering from seizures and intense discomfort towards the end of her life

Sometime over the next week, my family will be scattering her ashes at the park we always took her to, I hope school won't interfere and that I'll get to say a final goodbye.

Rest in peace Maya,
you were an exceptional companion and a good dog
